Who We Are

A collage with two women and motivational wordings. The top right features a photo of Stephanie reclining on a red sofa outdoors in a lush garden, with bright pink socks and a blue dress, holding a red flower. The bottom left shows Tami in a black sleeveless top against a cloudy sky and cityscape background, touching her hair. A neon pink lips graphic is in the center. Text on the collage includes "If I'm too much go find less" on the left and "Unapologetically Be you Be Free" on the right.

A Note from Your Sexy Bestie, Stephanie

Hi, my name is Stephanie Winegardner - I’m a Solid Organ Transplant Nurse turned Micro Farmer/Podcast Co-Host and Cofounder of Bliss Babe. Flowers and chickens transformed my life from the high paced medical corporate world into my slow Blissful life. Starting a podcast with my girl Tami has been reigniting the fire in my soul.

I experienced every color of trauma as a child, well into my young adult life. I’ve been kicked in the teeth more times than most people brush their teeth. I get back up every time, spit the blood out and asked for more. I’m kinda like a Gritty-Fight-Club-Disco-Ball.

More is more is my philosophy - And my newest passion is helping women find their truest self with Bliss. XO!

Your Other Sexy Bestie, Tami

My name is Tami Krempec. I’m a Midwest girl living in Southern California, and I’ve been loud as long as I’ve known me. I spent elementary school sitting in hallways, in trouble for talking too much. I spent middle school rebelling. I began my journey to my own truth in high school when I started smoking weed and generally being a hippy.

My life hasn’t followed a straight line—I dropped out of high school, became a mom before 18, and escaped two abusive marriages to give my daughters and myself a better life. Along the way, I put myself through nursing school as a single mom and learned some of the hardest lessons about strength, what being manipulated looks like, and self-worth.

Because I’ve had to rebuild my life more than once, I believe that if life isn’t working for you, you can burn it down and rebuild it better. Happiness isn’t for the faint of heart—you have to walk toward it, even if  people don’t understand. It’s not for them, anyway.

Now I live in sunshine, speak my truth unapologetically. I pursue my passions every day. I’m not here to be understood—I’m here to be free. I am a Bliss Babe.
